The Town Planner has en outaged Applicant, a-s <br /> the plan has developed, to continue the subdivision road <br /> right through. the project. <br /> Attorney Ford provided a concept plan showing the <br /> road. He proposed the elimination of said -lot <br /> residential subdivision, in favor of rezoning two large-r <br /> lots for industrial use. <br /> Steve Dolan expressed a concern regarding the e fisting <br /> houses/rezon-ing the land use .
