begin new projects in the event there are unfulfilled <br /> obligations in a previous project . <br /> Letter, similar in content, from Dalton Burdge, 11 <br /> Equestrian Avenue, Ias-hpee, MA, dated October 30, 2004 . <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> West Side of Willowbend Drive <br /> Approval of -Lot Definitive Plan <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing. in this matter to order. She recognized <br /> Attorney Mcllhenney, representing Applicant, who described <br /> this matter as a continuation of a Special Permit - <br /> Definitive Plan application for a proposed -lot <br /> subdivision. <br /> Attorney Mcllhinney reported the Board of Selectmen <br /> has approved the relocation of a section of Simon' s Road <br /> with the condition that the Planning Board approves the <br /> underlying subdivision. Engineering comments have been <br /> addressed. Draft water duality report is being prepared <br /> for submission to the Town Planner by Horsley & Witten. <br /> The Town Planner clari fled the, Consulting Engineer had <br /> indicated he is satisfied with the plan. He requires the <br /> results of the soil testing prior to signature of the plan. <br /> He suggested the Board procure the Board of Selectmen rotes <br /> for the record. The zoning issues must be addressed <br /> further, the checklist method has been suggested to Horsley <br /> Witten. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner reported all requirements <br /> have been -met with reference to the plan review. <br /> Attorney Mcllhinney reported the State, Board of <br /> Health, and Cape Cod Commission monitoring wells reports <br /> have all been satisfied. <br /> Attorney Moll -inney made reference to a plan of land <br /> entitled, "'Revision Plan of Land in Mashpee, MA,, prepared <br /> for Willowbend, Easterly side of Willowbend Drive, dated <br /> October 6, 2004" indicating the area that is being retired <br /> as compensatory open space in exchange for the reduction of <br /> open space in order to accommodate the lots . Said open <br /> space is being held by the Community Association at <br /> 6 <br />
