She recognized Attorney Mcllhenney, representing Applicant, who described this matter as a continuation of a Special Permit - Definitive Plan application for a proposed -lot subdivision. Attorney Mcllhinney reported the Board of Selectmen has approved the relocation of a section of Simon' s Road with the condition that the Planning Board approves the underlying subdivision. Engineering comments have been addressed. Draft water duality report is being prepared for submission to the Town Planner by Horsley & Witten. The Town Planner clari fled the, Consulting Engineer had indicated he is satisfied with the plan. He requires the results of the soil testing prior to signature of the plan. He suggested the Board procure the Board of Selectmen rotes for the record. The zoning issues must be addressed further, the checklist method has been suggested to Horsley Witten. The Assistant Town Planner reported all requirements have been -met with reference to the plan review. Attorney Mcllhinney reported the State, Board of Health, and Cape Cod Commission monitoring wells reports have all been satisfied.
