Arbor vitae and pyrocanthus have been planted between <br /> Pine Hill Boulevard and old Barnstable Road. <br /> Removal of a substantial oak tree due to root exposure <br /> is being suggested, to be replaced by two new tree <br /> plantings. <br /> Landscaping at Masters Court has not been completed. <br /> Mr. Bonvie reported this matter has been addressed and <br /> completed this date. <br /> r. Bonvie reported the drainage structures/Landscape <br /> at Ironwood and Leisure Green has been completed. <br /> Landscaping at Units 17 -1 9, Leisure Green has not <br /> yet begun. Mr. Bonvie reported he is waiting for drainage <br /> approval in order to proceed with landscaping. <br /> Landscaping has not yet begun around the tennis <br /> courts. <br /> Planting beds should be re-edged in order to present a <br /> more finished look. <br /> Street drainage problems were noted at Pine dill <br /> Boulevard and Leisure Green. <br /> Pul i-c Comment <br /> The Chairman recognized Gail Barnes, Chairman <br /> Southport Ad Hoc Committee, reported that approximately <br /> 3, 400 shrubs and Too trees have been planted. She extended <br /> her appreciation to the Board for their role in the <br /> process, and stated the developer has done "a great job" . <br /> The speaker requested the Planning Board continue to <br /> oversee the development at Southport. she stated the <br /> residents have come to rely on the Torn Planner and <br /> Consulting Engineer for their expertise in identifying and <br /> solving potential problems. <br /> (This matter was concluded at 9: 15 p.m. at which point <br /> the Chairman declared a five-minute recess . ) <br /> The Planning Board Meeting reconvened at 20 p.m. <br /> Special Permits <br /> 12 <br />
