Mashpee 10 Shops, Inc. -- Sullivan Engineering <br /> 470 Main Street (Route 130) <br /> Submission of Special Permit Application <br /> The Town Planner reported the submission has been <br /> filed with the Town Clerk and that the Planning Board needs <br /> to schedule- a Public Hearing in th-is matter. Applicant has <br /> requested some time in order to discuss DI review with the <br /> Cape Cod Commission staff. <br /> MOTTO : Lee Gurney made a Motion to schedule a Public <br /> Hearing in this matter for December 1, 2004 at 7 : o p.m. ; <br /> which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Bal.zarini and s <br /> voted -unanimously. <br /> Discussion of DRI referral to be scheduled for <br /> December 1 , 2004 . <br /> Discussion Items <br /> Steve Giatreli - Request for Letter of Support <br /> Project at 588 Main Street <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Giatrelis who expressed <br /> his wish to develop this project as a Development Agreement <br /> with the Town. <br /> Mr. Giatrelis described the project as multi-use, two <br /> commercial lots abutting Route 130, 2 -seat restaurant, <br /> an'd medical building . There are 1 -lots within the <br /> industria-1 zone intended to be used for storage units . 40B <br /> residential development on -acres of land, five ) three <br /> story buildings are being proposed, with 4-units per <br /> building. <br /> The Chairman inquired as to wastewater treatment . <br /> r. Gia-trelis stated that eventually a sewer treatment <br /> plant would be constructed. The proposal is to construct <br /> 4-units at a time until three buildings have been <br /> completed. t this point that the t eatment plant would be <br /> constructed. Initially a septic system would be used. <br /> Mr. Giatrela's stated that either.' the Mahpee Housing <br /> Authority or the Housing Assistance Corporation would be <br /> responsible for the rental units . <br /> 1 <br />
