Applicant: Mark Dedecko <br /> Location: Anthony's Way subdivision <br /> Request: Release of perfonnance guarantee. <br /> Attorney Kevin firrane was present representing the applicant. <br /> He presented an estimate of work to be completed for the performance guarantee. <br /> They are prepared to post$32,563.47 which is l 0%of estimate. <br /> Charlie has visited the site and evaluated the issues re: completion. Charlie explained he had <br /> some initial concrns:about some of the numbers but discussed by phone-with the applicant and <br /> have reached agreement on the final amount. <br /> Lee noticed Charlie's letter asked for Ioam to be 4" not 3" <br /> The cost reflected is for ". <br /> yi F <br /> Charlie recommended the Board put a time limit on when the work roust be complete.
