Attorney Mcllhin-ney assured him that he would continue
to work with and represent the Association in this regard.
Lee ,Gurney asked for assurances that the Developer and
Condominium Association will not be at odds, but rather
working together.
At this point Attorney McIl,hinne r submitted the plants,
waiver requests, and mylax for Fin' Me Oot Road.
There being no further Board or Public comment, the
Chairman entertained a motion.
MOTION: Dennis Bal a-rini made a Motion to continue
the Public Hearing in this ratter to February 2, 200-5 at
7 : 10 p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and
so voted unanimously.
t this point Eric -smith provided a copy of "Annual.
Water Qua-lity Report - Windchime Water Quality Monitoring
Program annual Report - Windchime- Point Condominiums, dated.
December 20, 2004, by Bennett O' Reilly, Inc. "
Public Hearing
Andrew Conway - Bss Design
Wads Road Approval of Roadway Redesign
Definitive Subdivision Plan Modification
The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read
the public hearing notice into the record and called the
Public Hearing to order.
The Torn Planner reported on a meeting conducted
earlier in the day with Fire Chief Baker and Deputy Hamblin
regarding this matter. The relocation of the fire hydrant
has been approved as it has been moved away from the power
line and remains within the easement. The Developer has
agreed to extend the road pavement to the gate, rather than
a 12--ft . gravel roadway.
Chief Baker is not in favor of gates due to the
buildup of snow when plowed, which becomes a roadblock
rather than an access point. He suggested a ore-gray sign
rather than the date. The developer, however, is not in
favor of this suggestion.
3
