The Town Planner reported Applicant has requested <br /> continuation, a-s well as an extension to file the Decision <br /> to February 18, 2005. <br /> t this point the Chairman read the following letter <br /> into the record, from Deputy Fire Chief Hamblin., dated <br /> January 5, 00 : "1 am in receipt of the latest site plan <br /> for Wags load. The layout indicated on the plan dated <br /> l 2.8 is acceptable with one exception. The road must <br /> be hard surfaced through to an outlet into the Deer <br /> Crossing parking area to facilitate emergency vehicular <br /> access. Thank-you" . <br /> The Chairman recognized the following members of the <br /> public: <br /> Fred Dimeco, Deer Crossing Condominiums, speaking as a <br /> resident and Chairman of the Board. He stated the property <br /> in question is net owned by Mr. Haj j ar, but rather by Deer <br /> Crossing Condominium. Ir. Hajjar has a perpetuity for use <br /> only for hi-s property per agreement with Deer Crossing <br /> Condominium 'gust (verification of which will be provided <br /> to the Board) . <br /> r. Dimeco them indicated/explained which property is <br /> owned by Deer Crossing, a-s evidenced by a decision 'of the <br /> Boston Lana Court. Perpetuity has been granted to owners <br /> of the commercial property. He stated, "Deer Crossing- owns <br /> the parking area..." <br /> The Town Planner stated Deer Crossing is not the <br /> subject of application, everything being proposed is within <br /> the layout of Nags load. <br /> Ir. Dimeco asked about u-sage of the upper parking lot . <br /> The Torn Planner responded the upper parking lot would <br /> be used as emergency access/gate. <br /> Mr.. Dimeco stated, "We don' t want to have are access to <br /> our property" . <br /> According to Mr. Dimeco, Chief Baker has indicated <br /> that an emergency gate is not necessary, a second means of <br /> egress is not required. <br />
