Mr. Besse reported the original road profiles of the <br /> entire subdivision have been located and will be sUbmitted <br /> to the Board. Agreement has been-made to extend the road <br /> to to 1 0' ) ft, to either side of the circle and 100 <br /> (1 ' ) ft . down the ancient ways . <br /> The Town Planner stated as-built plans would be <br /> required. It has been agreed that at the intersection of <br /> Bryant' s Cove Road/Paved road, a cobblestone apron be <br /> constructed. <br /> Mr. Besse reported the work is in progress, that <br /> Applicant would appear before the Board when the work has <br /> been completed for approval by the Board/Consulting <br /> Engineer. <br /> r. Besse then submitted the signed plan, showing <br /> signage for the ancient ways . <br /> The Chairman asked if Applicant would be responsible <br /> for maintenance of said signage, to which Mr. Besse <br /> replied, "absolutely". She then requested this agreement <br /> bo submitted ire writing to the Planning Board, again, to <br /> which Mr. Besse replied, "absolutely" . <br /> References were them made to a memo dated February 1, <br /> 2005 entitled, „Proposal to Mashpee Planning Board and <br /> Mashpee Town Planner - Bryant' s Cove Road, Public Way, <br /> regarding the signage on Bryants' Core Road, Simons Road, - <br /> uipp,ih Road, and Mashpee Neck Road; and plan entitled, <br /> "Golf course Architectural Plan - Ancient Public Way, Fin' <br /> Me Oot Road, sign locations,, dated March 21, 2 0 " . <br /> The Town Planner inquired about signage at the <br /> intersection of Willowbend Road and Simon' s Road. <br /> Mr. Besse suggested the Board take the time to review <br /> the submission for any changes and additions; to which the <br /> Board agreed. <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this ratter to March 16, 2005 at 7 : 4 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 6 <br />
