At th-is point Attorney Mcllhinney requested the Board <br /> approve authorization for the Consulting Engineer to <br /> inspect the- condition of a number of roads within the <br /> Willowbend development in order to release outstanding road <br /> bonds; to which the Board agreed. <br /> Public Hearin <br /> Anthony J. LaCava <br /> Casper Circle-Great Hay Road off Old Barnstable Road <br /> Approval of -Lot Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing in this natter to order and recognized <br /> John Slaviny, Cape Islands Engineering, representing <br /> the Applicant. <br /> Mr. slavinsl y reported plans and profiles have been <br /> -submitted. Comments have been received by the Consulting <br /> Engineer, which alterations have been made. <br /> References- were made to a plea entitled, "Topographic <br /> Plan & Proposed Roadway Detail & Profile, located in <br /> Ma-shpee, MA, prepared for AJL LaCava fealty Trust, dated <br /> November 22., 2004, by Cape & Islands Engineering. <br /> References were also made to comment letter received <br /> from Charles L. Rowley & dissociates, dated February 15, <br /> 2005, re ard,ing -Casper Circle Topo and Profile Plans . <br /> There was also a plan on the table entitled, <br /> "Definitive subdivision Plan located in Mashpee, MA, <br /> 4 <br /> prepared for AJL LaCava Fealty Trust, reprised February 8, <br /> 2005, by Cape & Islands Engineering. <br /> Mr. Rowley commented there is some encroachment over <br /> the layout line (Great Hay road, Town of Mashpee property) <br /> that could be easily remedied by mooring the pavement <br /> easterly so that this would not be an issue of concern. <br /> There appears to be very little change in the existing <br /> grade/proposed grade . <br /> The Chairman recognized Ken Ma-rtr , representing th.e <br /> Applicant, who commented the only remain-ing issue to be <br /> addressed is the dead-end limit . <br /> 7 <br />
