"`Do Not Enter" signs to
be installed, the -road is to be -striped and marked as a
fire lane, not for public use. Minor changes include
installation of a valve at the end of the water main and
R
retaining wall/drainage issues.
Attorney Kirralne explained that in conjunction with
the street sign on Route 28 additional signage "not a thru
way" be instal-led...
The Town Planner asked for a written commitment
regarding maintenance responsibilities .
Attorney Kirrne responded, "...I could provide the
Board with a letter on behalf of my client and it may ever-
be possible to put some kind of a covenant on record as it
relates to the lot indicating that the current owner of -the
lot and any subsequent owner of the lot would continue to
have responsibility for the maintenance of the signs, road
markings, snow removal, etc. "
The Town Planner encouraged Attorney irrane -to
develop such written documentation o-f owner responsibility.
Attorney Kirrane responded, "Absolutely, and we- are
certainly willing to do that. That' s not an issue and I'm
more than happy to submit that to the Board" .
The consulting Engineer inquired about author-i- ation
from Nstar for easements and whether or riot a copy of the
curb cut permit ha's been received.
Attorney Kirane agreed to provide the Board with
copy of the curb cut permit; the Istar easement approval is
still pending, however they have been advised that a
document is forthcoming.
The consulting Engineer asked if Applicant' s engineer
is comfortable using the structural block retaining wall.
(Items # , 6, and 7 of fir.
