MOTION.. Lee Gurney made a Motion to close the Public Hear.iftg in this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis B i arini and so voted unanimously. MOTION: Lee Gurney .made a Motion to approve the Spring Meadow :subdivision modification subject to resolution of the issues listed in Mr. Rowley' s Rowley' letter dated February 2, 2005, and the inclusion of two signed goad covenants' (maintenance and construction) to be noted on the plan; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. Special Permit Modification and Definitive Plan Willowbend Country Club, Inc. Fin' Me cot Road Signature of -Lot Definitive Plan The Chairman recognized Attorney Mcllhi-nney, representing Willowbend Cnry Club, who requested Board signature on the Fin' Me cot Road plan. Attorney McIlhinney stated h-is understanding t-hat the plan could be signed by the Board this date. However, prior to the issuance of building permits and covenant releases, the road signage would have to be in place. The Chairman suggested Applicant inform the Board when said signage has been placed so that an inspection- could b made. The Board then proceeded to sign the plan entitled, „Definitive Subdivision Plan, Fin' Me cot Road, Modification of Subdivision for Willowbend Country Club, Ma hp e, MA, Site Plans approved November 3, 2004; signed February 16, 2005, prepared by Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. ANR Plan -- Meetinghouse Road Willowbend Country Club The Chairman recognized Attorney Mollhinney who explained this -matter to be the ANR plan for Meetinghouse Road. As part of the golf modification project Applicant agreed to place conservation restrictions- on approximately 2 0-acres at Meetinghouse -Road, 2 11 acres to be deeded to the Town, approximately 2.0-acres to be deeded to the 12
