MOTION.. Lee Gurney made a Motion to close the Public <br /> Hear.iftg in this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Dennis B i arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney .made a Motion to approve the <br /> Spring Meadow :subdivision modification subject to <br /> resolution of the issues listed in Mr. Rowley' s Rowley' letter <br /> dated February 2, 2005, and the inclusion of two signed <br /> goad covenants' (maintenance and construction) to be noted <br /> on the plan; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit Modification and Definitive Plan <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> Fin' Me cot Road <br /> Signature of -Lot Definitive Plan <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Mcllhi-nney, <br /> representing Willowbend Cnry Club, who requested Board <br /> signature on the Fin' Me cot Road plan. <br /> Attorney McIlhinney stated h-is understanding t-hat the <br /> plan could be signed by the Board this date. However, <br /> prior to the issuance of building permits and covenant <br /> releases, the road signage would have to be in place. <br /> The Chairman suggested Applicant inform the Board when <br /> said signage has been placed so that an inspection- could b <br /> made. <br /> The Board then proceeded to sign the plan entitled, <br /> „Definitive Subdivision Plan, Fin' Me cot Road, <br /> Modification of Subdivision for Willowbend Country Club, <br /> Ma hp e, MA, Site Plans approved November 3, 2004; signed <br /> February 16, 2005, prepared by Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, <br /> Inc. <br /> ANR Plan -- Meetinghouse Road <br /> Willowbend Country Club <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Mollhinney who <br /> explained this -matter to be the ANR plan for Meetinghouse <br /> Road. As part of the golf modification project Applicant <br /> agreed to place conservation restrictions- on approximately <br /> 2 0-acres at Meetinghouse -Road, 2 11 acres to be deeded to <br /> the Town, approximately 2.0-acres to be deeded to the <br /> 12 <br />
