Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> February 16, 2005 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room #l, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7 :-00 p.m. on <br /> Wednesday, February 1 , 200 . <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Blarini, <br /> Vice-Chairman; Steve Dolan; Lee Gurney: John Ha lack i s; and <br /> Beverly Kane, Chairman. <br /> Also present : F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner f Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Engineer. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. As the first order of business she addressed the <br /> ratter of Minutes,. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> August 4, 2004 <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to accept the <br /> Minutes of August 4, 2004 , as submitted; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted u an,imously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Windchime Point, Inc. <br /> Approval of Modification to Special Permit <br /> Post Office <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing to order. She asked for Staff comments . <br /> The Town Planner reported no plans have been filed <br /> since the last meeting. <br /> The Chairman recognized Marty O'Malley, President <br /> Tindchime Condominium Association who reported that he had <br /> been notified by a representative of Mr. Bornstein that <br /> plans had in fact been filed, with a set to the Consulting <br /> Engineer. <br /> 1 <br />
