R <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning' Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> March 2, 2005 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room 1, Mas-tepee Town Mall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road North, M'ashpee, Massachusetts at 7 : 00 p.m. on <br /> Wednesday, March 2, 2005. The Chairman, Beverly Kane, <br /> presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present.: Dennis Bal arini, Vice <br /> Chairman; Steve Dolan; Lee Gurney; John Halachis; and <br /> Beverly Kane, Chairman. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Engineer. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> August 10, 2004 <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes of the August 10, 2004 Meeting, as corrected pg. <br /> "'reported") ; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis <br /> Balar'ini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Stratford Ponds - Renaming of Streets <br /> The appointed hour- having arrived the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing to order. She recognized the Town <br /> Clerk, Debbie Dami . <br /> The Town Clem spoke to safety issues as you enter <br /> into Stratford Ponds. Are inspection has been made by the <br /> Deputy Fire Chief, Town Planner, and Town Clerk who agree <br /> that the section of homes towards the left behind the <br /> island should be renamed. <br /> The Gha,irman announced the name being proposed is <br /> Hampton Court . <br /> 1 <br />
