There being to Board' or Public input the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing, <br /> .MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to close the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted- unanimously. <br /> -MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the <br /> proposed name of "Hampton Court" for a roadway within <br /> Stratford Ponds Condominium; which Motion was duly seconded <br /> by Dennis Balarini and so 'Voted unanimously. <br /> Street Names <br /> New Seabury Properties LLC <br /> Poppy Place, Poppy Place North, Poppy Place South <br /> 'The Chairman recognized Mark Romanowicz, New Seabury <br /> Properties, who requested the Board schedule a- Hearing for <br /> the I -lot subdivision name approval . <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to not hear any <br /> aspect of this project until such time as approval from. the <br /> Cape Cod Commission has been granted. There was -some <br /> concern raised by Board Members, as well as the Town Clerk <br /> regarding the similarity of the proposed street names and <br /> possible confusion to emergency responses. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> SM Realty 'gust - Route 130 <br /> Approval of Special Permit Application <br /> For Retail/Office Complex <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing to order. She recognized Attorney Kevin <br /> irrane, representing the Applicant, SM Realty Trust . <br /> Attorney Kirrane requested Special Permit relief for <br /> the construction of two commercial buildings located at the <br /> corner of Center Street and route 1 , Mashpee Village <br /> Center, within a C- 'Zoning district . <br /> Attorney Kirrane made references to the site location, <br /> roadway, residential component 2 -units) , commercial lot, <br /> and the two buildings being proposed for construction . The <br /> lot is approximately -acres; the proposed buildings would <br /> be approximately 990-sq. ft . and approximately sixty-eight <br /> parking spaces . He explained the site is located within <br /> 2 <br />
