Both the <br /> residential and commercial aspects of the development will <br /> be condomin i umi ed. <br /> Dennis Bal ari-ni asked if apartment use would be <br /> offered within the commercial area. <br /> Attorney Kirrane replied that no apartment use is <br /> being proposed in connection with the commercial building. <br /> If it were to be proposed it would be done pursuant to <br /> Chapter 40B. "We have no residential units proposed as a <br /> wart of these two commercial buildings . " <br /> Attorney Kirrane did speak to the possibility of <br /> future -exploration in this regard. <br /> Dennis BaIarini asked about the drainage. <br /> The Consulting Engineer explained the drainage does in <br /> several directions and to several different places and that <br /> the -.oil conditions on site are extremely good. <br /> John Halachis inquired aboutpar-king, to which <br /> Attorney Kirrane: stated there would be individual parkin <br /> for each single-family residential home, as well as for the <br /> attached dwellings. There will be garage space proposed a-s <br /> well for some of the units . <br /> Attorney Kirrane stated that in addition to the site <br /> plan., a detailed landscape plan, which includes the <br /> proposed lighting, would be submitted. <br /> Dennis Balarini asked about the access road for <br /> emergency vehicles. <br /> Attorney Kirrane explained Applicant has completed the <br /> site plan review process, a result of which, the Fire <br /> Department requested a means to access the buildin- gs from- <br /> two sides. <br /> The Consulting Engineer suggested Applicant design the <br /> road to accommodate the load of the emergency vehicles . <br /> 3 <br />
