f <br /> Attorney Kirrane agreed to meet with the Deputy Fire <br /> Chief to address all fire safety concerns . <br /> Attorney Hirrane then spoke to the allowed uses of the <br /> project being proposed - retail business, restaurant, <br /> service business, office medical/service, and business <br /> financial/professional office space. <br /> At this point Attorney irrane. deferred to Rich <br /> laytor, Horsley & Witten, site design engineer and <br /> consultants; Stephen Hayes, Architect Design.; and Matt <br /> Tage, Project Manager. <br /> At this point the Chairman -entertained a motion to <br /> reschedule the 7 : 45 Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION : Dennis Balzarini made -a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing scheduled for 7 : 45 p.. . to : 0.0 p.m. ; <br /> which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing-SIB Realty Trust - Continued <br /> Laving reviewed the Staff and Consulting Engineer <br /> reports, as well as those concerns raised by the Fire <br /> Department, the Chairman acknowledged a willingness to <br /> listen to the presentation noting however the tremendous <br /> amount of work to be done. <br /> She suggested Applicant schedule a further appearance <br /> before the Board in order to resolve some of the <br /> outstanding issues and concerns (Planning Department, <br /> Consulting Engineer and Fire Department) . <br /> Ricci Claytor, Horsley & Witten - Feels confident the <br /> basic site design will remain intact after said concerns <br /> have been addressed. <br /> Every effort has been mace to maximize nutrient <br /> removal through the wastewater system using the most <br /> advanced system currently being developed. Said system is <br /> a combination water/nitric filter and Title . septic tanks. <br /> It is a pressure system, which will be evenly distributed <br /> across the flows, Located at the high point of the site . <br /> The weight of the Fire Department equipment should not <br /> .be an issue as a grass/pave product is being proposed with <br /> 4 <br />
