She recognized Jack 1 cll-hinney, Attorney for the Applicant, who introduced Donna Frgamo. Attorney icllh-inney reminded the Board of their request for additional detail at the intersection at Bryant' s Cove Road and Herring Cull Road. Applicant has provided this information with an additional sheet of specific construction details. There will be a cobblestone apron on either side of the road where it intersects . The road it.self will be a crushed seashell path. Where had been a discrepancy as to- the -actual location of the -road as depicted on the plan and in the field. Applicant has adopted the location s shown on the plan; everything is to be located within the easement. Comments and additional notes suggested by the Assistant Town Planner have been included on the latest version of the plan. The Assistant Town Planner agreed that everything is in order with the exception of the Consulting Engineer' s comments . Mr. Rowley commented he has no issue with the apron.
