She <br /> recognized Jack 1 cll-hinney, Attorney for the Applicant, who <br /> introduced Donna Frgamo. <br /> Attorney icllh-inney reminded the Board of their <br /> request for additional detail at the intersection at <br /> Bryant' s Cove Road and Herring Cull Road. Applicant has <br /> provided this information with an additional sheet of <br /> specific construction details. There will be a cobblestone <br /> apron on either side of the road where it intersects . The <br /> road it.self will be a crushed seashell path. Where had <br /> been a discrepancy as to- the -actual location of the -road as <br /> depicted on the plan and in the field. Applicant has <br /> adopted the location s shown on the plan; everything is to <br /> be located within the easement. Comments and additional <br /> notes suggested by the Assistant Town Planner have been <br /> included on the latest version of the plan. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner agreed that everything is <br /> in order with the exception of the Consulting Engineer' s <br /> comments . <br /> Mr. Rowley commented he has no issue with the apron. <br /> He su geste.d the cobblestones be set slightly below the <br /> 10 <br />
