He <br /> suggested this matter ,not -be approved this -meeting. <br /> The Chairman recognized Stove Rawley who informed the <br /> Board that he had mowed the grass . <br /> The Town Planner .interjected that the shrubs are not <br /> to bb mowed. <br /> Mr. F awl,ey continued by stating he did not curt any <br /> trees or shrubs, he did maw. <br /> The Chairman reiterated this area is to remain in its <br /> natural state, nothing is to be done. <br /> The Chairman advised the Applicant to review r the <br /> comment letter submitted by the Consulting Engineer dated <br /> April 5, 2005 and to address those issues of concern <br /> (binder course for paving and completion of landscaping) . <br /> Also, the Cape Cod Commission Certificate of Compliance <br /> will be required as well. <br /> The Board agreed to continue this matter to the next <br /> meeting. <br /> 11 <br />
