HO made reference to a plan <br /> entitled "S'ite Development Plan, Grading. & Utility Plan for <br /> PGA Lame within Southport on Cape Cad, Mashpee, MA, dated <br /> June 11, " . The Gas Company has indicated there will <br /> be no need for them to cut/remove any trees . All of this <br /> information has been prodded to the landscape architect <br /> that has enhanced the area of the transformers very well . <br /> The Town Planner made reference to severalminor- <br /> facilities located close to the road, suggesting that there <br /> shout do" t b any structures within 5-ft . of the roadway. <br /> The plan has been marked to indicate said structures are to <br /> -moved back. <br /> The Town Planner stated said plan is in conformance <br /> with discussions between -Star, the Gas Company, the <br /> Consulting Engineer, and himself. <br /> Where being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve "Site <br /> Development Plan for PGA Lane, dated March 22, 2005, a <br /> annotated by the Town Planner April 6, 2005 (Set of Utility <br /> Plans) ; which Motion w 's duly seconded by Dennis Bal arini <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> Release f Performance Guarantee <br /> Atlantic Development & Construction Corp. <br /> Diller Farm Subdivision-off Bog River Bead <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee for Miller Farm road <br /> The Chairman recognized Matthew Ma ce who requested <br /> release of the performance guarantee. <br /> After brief discussion between the Board, Town <br /> Planner, and Consu-lting Engineer, the Chairman entertained <br /> motion. <br /> 1 <br />
