The Architect then made re'f erene to a composite view <br /> representing the curb line at Main Street artd Building #-2 - <br /> He <br /> made reference to a proposed wall made of native <br /> materials/stone rather than concrete. The floor elevations <br /> f Building #2 have been lowered and th'e roof pitches have <br /> been reduced from ten to eight. <br /> The Town- Planner as- ed if some type of door or window <br /> could be included at the rear of the buildings in order to <br /> present the project as a part of the village./visual <br /> character. <br /> Based upon discussion at Design Review, the Architect <br /> explained the doors/windows had been moved from the back to <br /> the sides of the buildings. <br /> The chairman asked about a isti-ng trees on the site. <br /> The Architect stated -they are clearly shown on both <br /> the detailed landscape plan and site plan. <br /> The Board directed Staff to begin a draft Special <br /> Permit document with mitigation suggestions for the <br /> intersection and input from the DPW Director. <br /> There being no further Board or Public discus-sion the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:: Lee Gurney made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to April 2 , 200,6 at 7 : 2 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Bal arini <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Vindchime Point, Inc. <br /> Windch ie Point condominium - Great Nec-k load South <br /> Approval of Modification to Special Permit - Post office <br /> The chairman called the Public Dearing to order and <br /> recognised Marty O' Malley, President of the windchime <br /> Condominium Association. <br /> The Chairman determined the Consulting Engineer had <br /> not received the revised plan in advance of the meeting as <br /> is required, and has not had sufficient time for review of <br /> drainage issues. <br /> 7 <br />
