The Town Planner reported there have been no appeals <br /> filed in this matter, and that the Town Clerk has signed <br /> off. <br /> Board Signature: Dennis Bal ari-ni, Lee Gurney, and <br /> Beverly Cane. Four (4) copies of Modification of Special <br /> Permit Decision, April 20, 2005, Windchime Condominium. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Maushop Village - street dames <br /> The Chairman read the Hearing Notice and called the <br /> Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Chairman recognized the Town Clerk,, Debbie Dami, <br /> who reported this matter is considered to be a health risk <br /> with reference to the current numbering system (unit <br /> numbers and house numbers) . <br /> The Town Clerk has met with the ssociati n and a <br /> decision was reached on appropriate street narnes.. <br /> Reference was made to a document entitled, "'Proposed <br /> Street Dames for Maushop Village" for Board review. <br /> There being no Board or Public comment the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to close the Public <br /> Hearing in this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Dennis Balarini and so Voted unanimously. <br /> The chairman entertained a motion be made regarding a <br /> decision in this matter. <br /> MOTION : Lee Gurney made a Motion to accept the <br /> proposed street names for Maurshop Village as presented by <br /> the Town Clerk in a document dated May 18, o .- which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Balarini and so Voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Voting in Favor: Dennis Balzarini, Lee Gurney, John <br /> Halachis, and Beverly Kane. <br /> Abstaining from the Vote: Myrna Duey on the grounds <br /> that historic Tribal names should have been considered and <br /> 3 <br />
