that the Wampanoag 'tribal Council is available to assist in <br /> these matters . <br /> Lee Gurney informed the Board that the Historical <br /> Commission is in possession of a list of ancient Tribal <br /> names . <br /> MOTION..: Jahn Hal.achi.s made a Motion that any f ture <br /> road names proposed in Mashpee be presented to the <br /> Historical Commission for' comment; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Dennis Bal arini and s-o voted unanimously. <br /> Board Items <br /> Vote Authorizing All Board Members to Sign ANR Plans <br /> MOTION: Lee -Gurney made a Motion authorizing all six <br /> ( Planning Board Members the ability to Sign Approval Not <br /> Required Plans (Beverly Kane, Dennis Bal arini, Lee Gurney, <br /> John Halachi-s, Myrna Duey, and Harvey Cohen) ; which Motion <br /> was duly seondied by Dennis Balarini and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Bayswater Development, LLC <br /> New Seabury, off Seanest Drive and Fairway Lane <br /> Approval of "Flat Pond" Def-initive Subdivision Plan <br /> The Chairman called the Public Hearing to order and <br /> requested the Town Planner to update the Board of its <br /> status . <br /> The Town Planner reported the Cape Cod Commission ha-s <br /> voted unanimously to settle their dispute with New Seabury <br /> (May 1 , 2005) . <br /> The Chairman recognized Mark Romanowic , New Seabury <br /> Properties, who reported the Decision and Agreement For <br /> Judgement was signed May 17, 2005 and recorded May 18, <br /> 2005. He stated he would provide the documents to the Town <br /> Planner. <br /> The Town Planner explained there would be no appeal <br /> process as theme has been a court settlement . Planning <br /> Board process of 0-days .for reaching an agreement with <br /> reference to the Definitive Plan begins May 18, 2005 . <br /> 4 <br />
