The Town Planner reported on the Condition requiring a <br /> Stormwaterr operations and Maintenance Plan, Horsley Witten <br /> did provide a version, but could not be considered to be an <br /> enforceable document . <br /> The Town Planner provided a draft based upon an <br /> acceptable document fora, but has not yet hea-rd back from <br /> Mr. Claytor. <br /> It was the consensus of the.
