Another issue of concern is that any implementing <br /> regulations resulting from the DCPC process would not apply <br /> to New Seabury. <br /> The Town Planner spoke to concerns regarding Board of <br /> Health regu-la;tions as a result of said process, which would <br /> apply to New Seabury. The Commission is concerned that New <br /> Seabury will challenge Board of Health regulations based <br /> upon the DCPC process, tailing the position they should be <br /> exempt. He made reference to state regulations under Title <br /> V.
