Parking Facility Bylaw - The Town Planner explained <br /> that when the parking regulations were changed the <br /> definition -of measurement for on-street parking was not <br /> clarified. "Where on-street parking is proposed, eight ( ) <br /> foot wide parking caries shall be constructed in addition to <br /> any travel lanes, gutters, curbs or berms . " <br /> Outdoor Lighting Standards - Mainly related to <br /> commercial properties . References were made to other Town <br /> standards, as well as Cape Cod Commission standards . <br /> 10 Affordable Housing Requirement in Subdivisions - <br /> References were made to the recent Chatham Bylaw. This <br /> subject is mentioned in the Comprehensive Plan as well . <br /> Clarification of Building Height Definition - The Town <br /> Planner suggested he -meet with the Building Inspector to <br /> determine the height calculation. <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to have the Town <br /> Planner prioritize the above mentioned bylaw possibilities . <br /> DCPC Di-scussion <br /> The Chairman provided copies of a draft D PC <br /> application form.
