The Chairman recognized Attorney Robert Mills who <br /> requested Planning Board endorsem- ent of an A R Plan <br /> entitled, "Plan of Land located in Mashpee, MA, prepared <br /> for Monomoscoy West Realty Trust, dated June 14, 2005 by <br /> Cape & Island's Engineering . . <br /> Attorney Dills also filed Foram A Application, Form <br /> Application, filing fee, and fire sets of plans. <br /> The Chairman recognized John Slavinsly, Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering who explained there are three original 1 1 ) <br /> lots, 80, 81, and 82 . Monomoscoy Realty Trust also owns <br /> the marsh that abuts said three lots . He stated Applicant <br /> would life to divide the marsh in half. <br /> Attorney -Mills suggested the only alternative would be <br /> to grant an easement to the existing dock owner (Dion) . <br /> There being no further discussion the Chairman <br /> entertained -a motion for approval not required under the <br /> Subdivision control law. <br /> The Assistant Torn Planner noted that the streets <br /> should be identified as public or private on the plan. <br /> The Town Planner asked about verification of Title <br /> with refeence to the marsh area . <br /> Ir. Slavinsky stated the Conservation Commission i <br /> satisfied with documentation provided by both Attorney <br /> Mills and Attorney Jonathan Fitch in this regard. <br /> The Town- Planner suggested the Board wait until such <br /> time as the Consulting Engineer has had the opportunity to <br /> review the A R plan, his concern being the plan does not <br /> show a solid property lime for parcel C from the landward <br /> side. <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to continue this <br /> matter for two-weeks in order to provide the Consulting <br /> Engineer the opportunity for review. <br /> (At this point the Planning Board Meeting was recessed <br /> for fire min sites .
