She is in favor of removing those <br /> trees that pose a danger to homeowners. ` <br /> The Towh Planner suggested the Landscape Committee be <br /> allowed to determine the fate of the cluster of the three <br /> trees in question; and that the homeowners' wishes be <br /> respected. <br /> There being no further discussion the chairman <br /> entertained a Motion be made regarding the three trees <br /> located on Drive:r Lane. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal -arini made a Motion to approve the <br /> removal of those three { trees, two white pines and one <br /> oak tree, located on Driven Lame in order to address safety <br /> issues and concerns raised by the homeowners located at <br /> Building 207 . <br /> There being no Second to the Motion made by Mr. <br /> Balzarini, the Chairman determined the Motion had failed. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the Board Members make a <br /> site visit in order to access the situation. <br /> (The majority of the ]hoard Members expressed concern <br /> for removing healthy trees in the evert they right fall <br /> during a storm event . ) <br /> Dennis Balzarini , Lee Gurney, and Myrna Nuey <br /> volunteered to mare an inspection of the area in question. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to the condition of <br /> the edge of forest, dead trees, brush, limbs, etc. He <br /> suggested that dead materials within 10-feet of the edge be <br /> removed. Be specified the underbrush should not be <br /> disturbed. <br /> The Board agreed, no further than to-feet could be <br /> cleaned, and that no underbrush is to be disturbed. <br /> Gail Barnes provided photographs o,f an oak tree that <br /> has been damaged by the contractors located on 3 PGA Lame <br /> that had been marked for preservation. She noted there was <br /> no snow fencing or supervision on the site to protect the <br /> trees . <br /> 17 <br />
