fencing to remain intact until such time as a final <br /> inspection is made. <br /> fle reported on a situation at #5 PGA Lane where there <br /> are a number of tree wells extremely close to one another. <br /> .H -suggested the small oak tree be removed and provide <br /> wells for the remaining trees in this area; to which the <br /> Board agreed. <br /> There is a maple and pitch pine tree located at the <br /> rear of Buildings 4- 27 in order to accommodate a deck <br /> and retaining wall . <br /> .There is no snow fencing in the North Fridge area and <br /> there is an extremely large pile of loam that is burying <br /> the roots/trunks of several beech trees that have been <br /> marked far .preservation. <br /> The Torn Planner suggested the developer be asked to <br /> relocate sale loam pile to a location on site where trees <br /> would n.ot be harmed. <br /> The chairman suggested Mr. Bonie be asked to appear <br /> before the Planning Board at the next meeting in order to <br /> discuss these issues. <br /> There is a petition signed by some of the presidents of <br /> Driver Lane requesting that -specific trees be removed for <br /> safety reasons . References were being made to the location <br /> of large white pine trees and one oak tree towering over a <br /> deck behind the buildings. <br /> Them is resident concern that the trees have been <br /> damaged/weakened-and will fall during a storm event . The <br /> Town Planner stated he has no objection to the removal of <br /> these trees. <br /> George Small., 16 Driver Lane - stated that when he <br /> purchased his property he was told that there would be a <br /> clearance in order for him to have a view of the golf <br /> course., which is not the case. The only time the course is <br /> visible is during the month of January. He spoke to safety <br /> issues as well, the fear of having a tree fall into his <br /> property. <br /> Gail Barnes - Reported that Mr. Bonvie has suggested <br /> tree experts appear before the Planning Board in order to <br /> 1 <br />
