Mr. Rowley explained that concrete had been poured <br /> around the manholes and other drainage areas that have now <br /> become depressed. He suggested the cement be cut out and <br /> the structure be raised. <br /> The Board agreed that the Consulting Engineer should <br /> contact the developer and perhaps make some suggestions for <br /> repair in this matter. <br /> "there was discussion regarding the paring around the <br /> maintenance building. References were made to the plan <br /> rega-rdi g the grading 'issue. <br /> Mr. Rowley reported a discussion he had Frith the <br /> developer- who intends to contact RIM Engineering in order <br /> to provide a grading drainage plan that will address <br /> runoff, and the location of catch basins. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to <br /> address the Chairman entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION:: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to adjourn the <br /> Meeting; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and <br /> so voted u-n n i u- l y. <br /> (The September 21, 2005 Town of.
