It wa-s noted that a Dogwood in front of Units #35 and <br /> # 9 had been removed and replaced with a combination of <br /> gra.ss and shrubs. <br /> (This portion of the inspection concluded at 2 : 50 <br /> P.M. ) <br /> Construction Toad <br /> It was noted that the dead abor itae shrubs have been <br /> removed. <br /> Don Curran suggested this area revert back to natural <br /> woods. He suggested the following plantings: red oak, <br /> white oak, red maples and scotch and white pine. <br /> Th'e Chairman instructed the Developer to remove the mulch <br /> from the area in order to allow the natural undergrowth t <br /> return. The entire middle of this area is to be filled in <br /> s soon as construction has been completed and this access <br /> is no longer needed. <br /> (This portion of the inspection concluded at . o <br /> P.M..) <br /> Proposed Post office Site <br /> Beside the Tennis arae and Tennis Court <br /> This area has been staked out . References were made <br /> to the location of the entrance, roadway, post office <br /> building, and parking area. <br /> Acknowledging there are remaining issues to be <br /> resolved, Per. Bornstein agreed to meet with the Association <br /> in the upcoming week. <br /> The Developer explained there have been discussions <br /> with Mr. O' Malley in this regard. It has been agreed t <br /> share all cost and expenses- equally. It has been agreed <br /> that both the Developer and the Association will provide an <br /> estimate for construction.
