Both the Chairman and the Consulting Engineer <br /> expressed concern regarding the condition of the road, <br /> specifically the erosion conditions. <br /> The chairman suggested the Developer address the issue <br /> f erosion in this area. <br /> The consulting Engineer suggested some of the possible <br /> roadway materials that could be used. <br /> Mr. Quinn agreed to addrs-s the erosion issues . He <br /> suggested the roadway be angled from the berm with stone in <br /> back. <br /> The Consulting Engineer agreIed a channel could be <br /> formed in order to divert runoff to the back edge. He made <br /> reference to a plan entitled, "sewer Treatment Plant Road <br /> Plan, Windchime: Point" noting the plan calls for a grass <br /> shoulder on both sides of the road. <br /> Don Curran suggested the wisteria be transplanted to <br /> this area. <br /> Corner - Where was greet concern and discussion <br /> regarding the condition of the unfinished surer treatment <br /> plant tanks located in front of the plant. This is an <br /> issue of completion that is not specified on the plan. No <br /> conclusion was reached at this point . It was agreed that <br /> the Association would make suggestions and present them to <br /> the Planning Board In an attempt to remedy this situation. <br /> It was agreed that chipstone would be placed in this <br /> corner, to the top of the berm. <br /> Mr. Bornstein informed the Planning Board that all <br /> irrigation, shrubs and grass plantings would be completed <br /> within ,one to two weeks.. <br /> Green Ivry Lane - The Planning Board was invited in t <br /> Unit #12 for a brief visit . <br /> Inspection wa's made to the rear of Buildings #4 , #47, <br /> #48, and 4 . Drainage, stone materials, grasses, and <br /> overall landscaping of the area was noted.
