Attorney'Terry also made reference to the traffic considerations on Sampson's Mill-load and some of the other roads heading out towards the bridge in Cotuit as being extremo,ly dangerous and not a good idea. Cape Drive is-a`complete nightmare" because it is a private road and is not well maintained■ e asked the Board to consider the current zoning and whether or not-the intent was to allow for high end, multi-million dollar condominiums, which would be totally out of character with what exists-there now. He requested that he, as representative for the abutters, and the abutters themselves, courtesy, a provided with copies of all plans and submittals for their consideration. The Chairman interjected that the abutters had indicated that they would attend recent Design ign Review iew Meeting with various Town Department Heads and GIS photographs for review, and no one.attended. This would have been an ideal opportunity for the abutters to become involved and voice their opinion. It was made known at the last Planning Board Meeting that abutters were welcome to attend the Design Review Meeting. ugie Marls, 47 Cranberry Ridge Toad—Responded that the abutters were not awar of the meeting referred to by the Chairman, that no notification had been received. Terri McDonald', 1 l Cranberry Midge Road— Mated she has gone-to the Planning Department and requested copies of the plan submission. She stated that she was told that"It is not a public meeting. It is meeting for willowbend and Plan Review". The Town Planner interjected that no one would have informed her that the meeting was not a public meeting. Ms. McDonald finrther stated that she was unaware that she could have attended and apologized if this was the assumption because she had gone to the Planning Department to request copies of the plan. She stated this was clearly s mist/om urucatiVn■ Mary Jame Marks, 4-7 Cranberry Ridge Toad— Stated she is a direct abutter to the willowbend project. She and her husband have lived in the neighborhood for eighteen ,years and since the early 199 's have been a huge supporter of willovbend, including the additional nine-holes, construction of the soccer/recreational field, and numerous enhancements-to the property. She noted than at the time the mine additional holes were being built, the Applicant stated they were going to construct fever homes on this permit at that time. when the
