Any disbursements from said fund shad require approval of the <br /> Planning Board(a-simple majority vote). <br /> Also, a letter of agreement is required to be signed by both parties, the Housing <br /> Authority and willowbend to be in conformance Wl'th this Special Permit Condition, <br /> prior to the recording of the Special Permit. <br /> The Town Planner offered the following Special Permit Finding: `'The Applicant <br /> has agreed to preference Mashpee contractors and suppliers in the construction ofthe <br /> project''. <br /> Special Permit Conditions: 'Local contractors and suppliers will be given first <br /> preference'. <br /> There being.no further Board, Staff, or Public comment the Chairman.entertained <br /> a motion: <br /> MOTION: Dennis l alzar'Um' made a Motion to close the Public Hearing in this <br /> matter; which Motion was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Dennis 1 alzarini made a Motion to accept and approve the Special <br /> Permit Modification in this matter subject to the recent changes made to the Draft Special <br /> Permit dated May 6, 2009 prepared by the Planning Department ($1,00.0.00 Housing <br /> Authority donation, lot clearing regulations, and construction ofthe last -duplex <br /> buildings on Pin Me Oof Road); which Mo tion was duly-seconded by Joseph MulIin and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> (At this point the Chairman declared a -minute recess, 8:40 p.m. <br /> The May 6, 2009 Planning Board Meeting was reconvened at 8:45 p.m. <br /> Performance Guarantees <br /> Prime Properties—Ken liarsters <br /> Release of Performance Guarantees Quashnet valley Area and <br /> Spring Hill West Subdivision <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and deferred to the Consulting Engineer <br /> for his findings. <br /> 8 <br />
