Consulting Engineer Fees <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion.for approval of payment to the <br /> Consulting Engineer in the amount of 0.00; which Motion was duly seconded by Al <br /> Wick el and so voted unanimously. <br /> Consulting Engineer Fees <br /> Southport Account <br /> MOTION: Dennis Baizarini made a Motion to approve payment in the amount of <br /> 7 .00, said amount to be deducted from the Southport Account, for payment of <br /> engineering fees; which Motion was duly seconded by Al wicl and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Dearing <br /> willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> Approval of Special Permit Modification to Allow 0-Townhouse Condominiums as an <br /> Addition to the Willowbend Country Club Project <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Dearing notice <br /> into the record, called the Public Hearing to order, and recognized Attorney Jack <br /> 1cElhinney, representing the Applicant. <br /> ttomey'l is lhinney introduced David wood, Chief Operating Officer and <br /> Matthew Eddy, Civil Engineer, Baxter&Nye. <br /> Attorney lrllhinney reported that permission has been granted from Natural <br /> Heritage for the Applicant to reconfigure the cul-de-sac more north in order to <br /> accommodate a request made by Mr. and Mrs. Culcasi to provide more space between <br /> buildings and create less density. <br /> Also, the Deputy Fire Chief has requested minor safety changes to the road <br /> layout, the unpaved section of Simons Toad; which changes have been reflected in the <br /> plan. <br /> A memorandum of agreement has-been signed with four of the six abutters to the <br /> property. There is a seventh abutter who has never voiced any objection to the proposed <br /> project. Said agreement includes landscaping and construction terms and commitments, <br /> etc. <br /> Two of the abutters have chosen to not sign the memorandum of agreement. <br /> These abutters-are requesting more than ghat the document contains, installation of <br /> sewer on Cranberry Ridge Road to be connected to the willowbnd treatment plant. <br /> Attorney-Mc lhinney explained that Applicant is not prepared to consider this <br /> request at this time, nor is it relevant to the project. He considers this request-to be <br /> 2 <br />
