She suggested the Board <br /> consider the `loss of property value" to the abutters-due to the development of the. <br /> proposed project. <br /> Ms. McDonald stated the proposed serer line was-initially agreed to initially in <br /> March at which time a letter was submitted to the Applicant with a copy to the Planning <br /> Board in which a new plan was suggested and construction of a sever line be a <br /> consideration. It was her understanding.that Applicant"s response to said letter was "That <br /> all of the concerns on.the list.were not a Pr blem". Details of the sewer line location had <br /> been discussed with Ms. McDonald suggesting the line run down Cranberry Midge road <br /> in order to avoid betterment fees. <br /> She then stated that Applicant rejected the sever main component and made an <br /> amendment whereby the connection would be made at the expense of the homeowners <br /> for engineeriq services and construction materials.
