He is not convinced that this would be the <br /> case. <br /> James Leonard commented that this is the first mention he has heard regarding <br /> any discussion negotiation of a sever line. <br /> The Chairman echoed this concern stating he has no recall of a consideration for <br /> construction of a sewer line. <br /> Ms. McDonald further stated that another-issue was that the Applicant required <br /> the abutters not oppose the request for variance for three-story buildings. <br /> Dennis Balarini pointed out that the abutters had in fact opposed the request for <br /> waiver from the height restriction, whereby the Planning Board denied the request. He <br /> further acknowledged Applicauit's cooperation and consideration of the concerns raised <br /> by the abutters -as reflected in the many changes and plan revisions. <br /> Ibis. McDonald stated, "I'm against the condos...I do not want condos in nay <br /> ba yard."' <br /> The Chairman noted that the previous speaker's property abuts the National <br /> Heritage protected area, and that her property is probable the bast affected by the <br /> proposed construction. <br /> Ms. I cDona.ld stated that as a direct abutter she is aa�� t the project and asked <br /> that the Planning Board to deny.approval of the proposed project. <br /> Dennis Balzarini explained that the Planning Board would take into consideration <br /> the good faith fforts made by the majority of the abutters, noting the compromises that <br /> have been made to the satisfaction of the majority of homeowners. <br /> For the record, the Town Planner made reference to a letter dated Larch 2, 20095 <br /> with copies forwarded to all Board Members, from Scott DrAvis with an attached list of <br /> considerations, the last of which was "Connect the abutters to willowbend wastewater <br /> treatment plant". <br /> Doreen Culcasi, 21 Cranberry ridge Road — Stated that she feels she has <br /> participated in good faith negotiations with the Applicant. The major reason she agreed <br /> to-the development of condominiums was for construction of .sever line. <br /> Dennis Bal .arini interjected that this r- a t r was never brought to the attention of <br /> the Planning Board during a:Planning Board Meeting. Ike.noted that traffic, height, and <br /> density(number of units being decreased) had'been concerns raised by-the abutters for <br /> Planning Board discussion, consideration, and ulti atel r for a decision. <br /> 4 <br />
