Public Hearing <br /> Mas pee Industrial Fealty LLC <br /> Map 88, Blocks 34, 35 and 36 Industrial Drive <br /> Approval of Special Permit Application for use of Parking Lot <br /> n Adjacent Lot for Existing Artisan Outlet <br /> The-appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice <br /> into the record and called the.Public Hearing to order. He noted that Applicant has <br /> submitted a written request for the waiver of inspection fees in this regard. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve Applicant's request to <br /> waive.inspection fees in this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by Mary w y an <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Town Planner provided copies of"Planning Board Decision Ilashpee <br /> Industrial Realty LLC, 168 & 184 Industrial Drive Special Permit Modification 2, dated <br /> August 5. 009" for Board review. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve Ma' shpee industrial <br /> Realty LLC Special Permit Modification 42, to allow use of a parking lot on the adjacent <br /> lot, Map 88 Blocks 34, 35, and 36 Industrial Drive, or-the existing permitted Artisan <br /> Showroom subject to Condition#4-Applicant shall install a bicycle racks to <br /> accommodate a minimum of ten 1 bicycles near the principal entrance to the Artisan <br /> Showroom; which Motion was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> The Tory Planner will revise both Decisions subject to amendments made this <br /> date, for signature of the.Planning.Board Chairman to be witnessed and filed with the <br /> Town Clerk. <br /> Special Permit <br /> Mashpee Investors LLC-South Cape village Shopping Center <br /> Decision as to whether or not a Public Hearing is required for <br /> Special-PermitSite flan Modification to allow construction of <br /> walgreens Drug Store at the corner of Route 28 and Tonna's Lane <br /> Expansion of the adjacent parking area from 29 to 47 spaces and <br /> 1 edu tion in size,of Building hl <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and after brief discussion entertained a <br /> motion be made. <br /> MOTION: Joseph Mullin made a Motion determining that this-matter does not <br /> require a Public Hearing; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so <br /> voted unannnouly. <br />
