Page 1 —Mini um separation between two and three story buildings. Letters <br /> have been received from both the.Fire Chief and l ilding Inspector that_separation is not <br /> necessary as said buildings are to be constructed with a sprinkler system. <br /> The Town Plan-ner requested the Board vote on this matter, as a Finding, that the <br /> Building Separation Requirements of Section 17 - .1.1 mill not apply to this project. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made-a Motion to vote, as a Finding, that the <br /> Building Separation Requirements of Section 174-45.1.1 will not apply to this project <br /> based upon written letters of agreement from the Fire Chief and Building Inspector a <br /> there will be sprinkler systems provided in said buildings; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Page 1 —Lot coverage issues have been recognized by the Planning Board as <br /> have been addressed by the Zoning Board of Appeals Special Permit. <br /> Page 1 —Conditions—Front setbacks to be amended from 1 o-ft. to o-f . from lot <br /> ones. <br /> The submission of Final Site Plans to the Planning Board are to be the same plans <br /> submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals as required under the Special Permit, for <br /> review by Mr. Rowley. <br /> Page 1 —The Planning Board is to defer to the Design eie Committee for the <br /> architectural plans as they are submitted and approved. <br /> Page'1 9— Item 13, reduction of parking, is to be completed. <br /> Commercial Uses—Guidelines and maximum uses, with outdoor dining to be <br /> included. <br /> Page 21 — Paragraphs 22 (berms/planting islands) and 27 mortgage collateral) <br /> are to be deleted in their entirety. <br /> Review of I ashpee Commons Jobs Fishing Commercial Project <br /> Relative to I iashpee Planning Board Special Permit Regulations <br /> Section I <br /> Form and Content of Applications <br /> Rear elevation submissions for all buildings are required by Zoning. <br /> There were no other changes. <br /> There being no further Board, Staff, or Public comment the Chairman entertained <br /> motion to close the Public Hearing. <br />
