Review of Draft Special Permit Decision, dated February 20,, 2008. <br /> Mr. Storrs questioned Page 1 —"Eating places searing food and beverages to be <br /> consumed `within the building''. He requested the regulation for outside eating be added <br /> to the Decision(sidewalk caf . <br /> Page 3 —The addition of a reference to updated/revised versions f plans. <br /> Pages 4 and 5 — Inclusion of a phasing plan along with anticipated dates of <br /> completion. (Language amended to read"The three phases proposed to be included in <br /> this commercial development...") <br /> Page 6—Deflects a requcst submitted in writing for the reduction of setback <br /> regwrements 1 o- t. from edge of street and 0-ft. from rear/side). To be referred to as "0- <br /> ff. from the lot lime within the Conditions. <br /> Page 7—Deflects that additional drainage plans and drainage network data have <br /> been received. Mr. Rowley mentioned that there are,a few minor issues within said <br /> documents that conflict with Best Management Practices and need to be agreed upon. <br /> (Language amended to road "More detailed stonnwater management designs and a more <br /> formalized operations and maintenance plan "will" be provided...1' <br /> Pages 10 and l 1 —Applicant has been requested to clarify the correct <br /> Architectural Code, as approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals. (Exhibit B in the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals Approval) <br /> Parking—revised Sheet L1.1 which shows hydrant locations and which includes <br /> two fever on-street parking spaces for a total of 177 spaces; and an overall total parking <br /> spaces of 213. <br /> There was some discussion regarding parking requirements in connection with the <br /> construction phases, proposed uses, handicap spaces and loading zones. Mr. Storrs <br /> requested the Special Permit be conditioned. <br /> The Chairman recognized Bob Wooldridge, representing the Disabilities <br /> Committee, inquired about the number and location of the handicap parking spaces. He <br /> made reference to some of the disability parking requirements. <br /> Ir. Storrs stated he has even intention of conforming to all ADA regulations, <br /> Mate and Federal Guidelines, as well as indicating such on the phased plans. <br /> Page 1 — Loading zone language-has been included and incorporated into <br /> paragraph 3 . Language has been included addressing the issue of handicap parking <br /> requirement ADA regulations as incorporated into paragraph 36. <br /> 6 <br />
