However, no one is interested in selling for this type of use. <br /> The discussion being near conclusion, Mr. Niedwiecl i stated he feels this has <br /> been a great process discussion and everyone appears to be in agreement regarding future <br /> discussions and that a memo will be forthcoming from the Conunission scheduling some <br /> of these items for individual discussion. <br /> It was agreed that the next discussion would be scheduled for Wednesday,June <br /> 18, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> This matter concluded at 7.-05 p.m. <br /> Public Nearing <br /> illowbend Country Club, Inc, <br /> Simons Road-Approval of Modification Application- illowbend Special Permit <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the public hearing notice <br /> into the record and opened the Public Hearing. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that Applicant has requested a continuance <br /> of this matter due to the fact that they have been informed by the Cape Cod Commission <br /> that this project may b -considered as,a lI and they would life to conduct a meeting in <br /> this regard. <br /> Also, the Planning Department is in receipt of quite a few letters from residents <br /> expressing concern about the project. <br /> The Chairman then read into the record a letter received from the Applicant slated <br /> June 3, 2008, addressed to the Mashpee Planning Board: "I am respectfully requesting a <br /> continuance on the Public Hearing to modify Willowbend Country Club Special Penmit <br /> to the next available hearing date. Please do not hesitate to contact one with any <br /> questions. Thank you for your attention to this matter, David Wood, vice President.'' <br /> The Chairman then explained to members of the public in attendance for this <br /> matter that a formal request had been made by the Applicant for a continuance and that <br /> the Board would reschedule this matter to June 18, Zoo . As such, the Planning Board is <br /> unable.-to address any public convent this evening. <br /> She did acknowledge receipt of all written comments,.stating they will be <br /> addressed by the Board at the appropriate time. <br /> She then entertained a notion for continuance. <br /> 6 <br />
