L <br /> Mr. Storrs responded that.his intent is to conduct informal discussions, without <br /> violating any regulatory ru.l , between the Co misst n and Planning Board in order to <br /> discuss general ideas about the plan in order to insure a common direction and <br /> understanding. <br /> (Joseph.Mullin arn'ved at the Meeting at thi point, 6:25 p.m. <br /> Mr. Storrs continued by explaining his reluctance to initiate an e trem.ely detailed, <br /> lengthy, expensive.process with the Commission only to find the Planning Board has <br /> raised issues and concerns: <br /> The.Chairman suggested that certain specific areas of discussion be agreed to <br /> such as '`the street"`"the.buildings" "the blocks"as indicated.,on the documents provided. <br /> by Mr. Storrs, in order to accomplish meaningful-discussion. <br /> The Torn Planner noted that the'Town has addressed certain Mashpee Commons <br /> issues,such as Market Street and Jobs Fishing-Road, Zoning Special Permits, while under <br /> the DRI process, asking how this-process/discussion would differ. <br /> Mr. Dascombe clarified that the local committees are suspended until the <br /> Commission wakes a decision and than the Commission had made a decision in-all of <br /> those sections of the project. <br /> I1rIr.liedwiecki stated that as long,as no one is seeking official action-from the <br /> Planning Board there is-n issue. The Commission has no issue with the fact that joint <br /> meetings are being conducted. <br /> The Town Planner asked if detailed plans are required for submission.-as part o <br /> the Development Agreement application to the same.leel as the DRI Application and the <br /> Special Permit application. <br /> Mr. Storrs made reference to the model l lashpee Commons Master Plan, as the <br /> Master Plan Special Permit for l lashpee Commons specified the streets and buildings as <br /> well as a table of uses. Specifics were presented as each section was constructed, which <br /> method has worked extremely well. <br /> The Town Planner, Board Members and Commission Staff agreed that this <br /> method would work well. <br /> James Leonard asked if the process could be defined or documented by a flow <br /> chart indicating what has been agreed to and outlining fugue discussion. <br /> Mr. Storrs volunteered to prepare this information. <br /> Mr.l iedwiecki suggested a-schedule/calendar be prepared regarding.targeted <br /> discussions, He stated that h would have a proposed schedule broken down by subject <br />
