First discussion was <br /> regarding decks for buildings 36 and 37. A deck was approved for building 39 but was <br /> not done; a deck was approved for building 6; building 37, 38, and 40 have g foot high <br /> decks. The occupant-of building 36 requested a ground level deck because of a physical <br /> handicap. Mr. Balini requested the developer not piecemeal their changes as he would <br /> like to see the whole picture. Ir. Bornstein asked the PI Board to defte a minor <br /> change as he feels the board leas the authority and discretion to approve minor <br /> modifications. F'udala indicated <br /> that the applicant must provide notice by certified,mail to the abutters and association <br /> members prior to the meeting of the Planning Board at least 10 days before said meeting. <br /> The applicant shall also,upon completion of each Phase, submit as built plans certified <br /> by registered engineer for all site development buildings, utilities, garages, roadways, <br /> walkways, etc. Copies of this shall be delivered to the condo association. Each phase <br /> must be signed off by the Planning Board with a signed Certificate of Compliance. Mr. <br /> Bornstein asked if registered mail can be sent to the Planning Board.
