Mr. Fudala <br /> told the board the plan was filed April 19, 2000 from which time the board has 45 days to <br /> review Preliminary subdivision plan. Mr. Rowley in indicated he would like the site <br /> plan and definitive plan to be submitted concurrently. Mr. Remillard said that would be <br /> OIL. Mr. Fudala would life more specific engineering on slope. Mr. Rowley asked that <br /> the board not be locked into this configuration until after direction from other boards, <br /> such as the Zoning-Board of Appeals. The general concept is agreeable, but-not the <br /> specific plan as submitted.. Mr. DiMeco suggested Pi `era lino develop as a one lot to <br /> which Mir.
