He spoke with Mr. Rowley when he was <br /> making an inspection of the road about these trees. There is also a gate that is <br /> torn which needs to be replaced or taken down. Mr. Baf arini recommended <br /> taking down the gate. Mr. Fudala indicated they might be required by zoning <br /> law to have a fence.
