Mr. Bomstein presented a new design with attached plan far 3- plex. There was no design sketch for 8-plex. Mr. Fudala asked that the landscape plan be part of the filing. Mr. Quinn will submit a typical per unit plan and will mark 20"around fbundation stakes on plan. It will be resubmitted to the Planning Board at the June 21, 2000 meeting. Mr. Fudala presented to the board letters from: 1)Tribal Council meeting with Selecbrnen 6/8/00 @ 7:00 PM inviting the Planning Board; 2) Ferngully Road letter about road pavement. Developer, R. Pluggee, is waiting for road bounds (LaCardi Paving going to do it). $17K is being held. Planning Deparlment will send a letter requesting the road be completed within 60 days from date of letter.
