Mr. Dorgan stated he thought 1/2 <br /> the road being built would be okay. Mr. Fudala told the board the issue of roads <br /> woutd come up during covenant release. Mr. Dedecko responded by stating they <br /> would push the road, cut tree stumps, put base down,, do everything other than <br /> paving, then he could do his temporary driveways. Site plans were presented to the <br /> board. Mr. Fudala asked if there was a set of previous site plans. Mr. Rowley <br /> had a previous set which he had marked with all the changes made by <br /> Windchime in the newly submitted site plans. There are not units on previously <br /> open space. Stu 8omstein, Windchime developer, stated that there are now no <br /> 8-plex buildings, instead only 3-plex and 4-plex, for more open corridors. Mr. <br /> Balzarini noted that there were no trees !eft on the new plans as submitted this <br /> evening. Mir. Tom Quinn, Project Manager, stated the new plans actually cut <br /> down on the clear cutting, Mr. Quinn indicated they would be happy to mark the <br /> trees that are coming out; there will be a buffer between the power lines as they <br /> want to create wooded space. According to their Special Permit, Windchime can <br /> only cut 20'from any building. Mr. Bornstein mentioned that trees dose to the <br /> building can be saved. He can leave more open space.
