As presented, #6 reads as follows: "Construction <br /> acthities shall not take place in connection with this project between the hours <br /> of 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM on weekdays and before 8:00 AM or after 12 Noon on <br /> Saturdays and Sundays." After much discussion by the Planning Board,, <br /> Condition #6 will be modified as follows: hours of operation wiil be not <br /> before 7:00 AM and not aver 6:00 PM weekdays, not before 8:00 AM <br /> and not after 6:00 PM Saturdays, and no work on Sunday. Ms. Kane <br /> asked about Condition #9: are we (Planning Board) felling the Building <br /> Department no Building Permit?
