Revised plans were submitted to the board including <br /> only 2-plex and 3-plex buildings (original plan in iuded an 8-plex building). The <br /> plans, as subrned, are going from 48 to 47 units, coming of 17 buildings (4 <br /> 2-plexes and 13 3-plexes). Mr, Fudala asked that the foundations be staked and <br /> snow fences be put up. A resident of Windchimes asked about the amount o <br /> impermeable surface. Mr. Bornstein is going to track on a daily basis. Mr. <br /> Bornstein asked the board If he could begin two foundations, but was refused <br /> until drainage was done for Nor.
