Mr. Storrs waits Mashpee Commons to make Mashpee proud. Ms. Kane asked when will the process beginnings. Mr. Storrs stated they would provide the CCC with an outline draft within two weeks (rough draft); he will give a copy to the Planning Board. Ms. Kane indicated she likes the Development Agreement idea because she doesnt want the public !eft out. Mr. Storrs responded there has to be a public notice when there are more than thnee members. Mr. Balzarin! also likes the idea of a Development Agreement and asked will this create jobs and will those fobs use local people. The response was W the extent that focal people can be used, they will be. Mr. Storrs indicates the process will take more than a year. At this point, Mr. Storrs mentioned some first phase exemptions: may move the post office and mentioned the need far a hotel for Mashpee.
