MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion for a vote to <br /> endorse the Plan entitled "Subdivision -Plan of Land located in <br /> Mashpee, M. #o -000, dated June 30, 2000, by Cape .Islands, <br /> Approval Not Required; which .Motion was seconded by Beverly Cane <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion <br /> Stratford Ponds-Northland Residential <br /> Stratford Ponds Condominiums-Route 130 <br /> Consulting Engineer' s Inspection Report and other Correspondence <br /> The Town Planner made reference to the Consulting Engineer' s <br /> Memo, datedJune 30, 2000, regarding Stratford Ponds-d.rainge <br /> issues, signed by Charles L. Rowley, PE, RL , .Engineering <br /> Consultant to Mashpee Planning Board; as well as a related letter <br /> received from Brad and Mares Arm Besse, dated June 26, 2000 . <br /> Where was some discussion as to the number of trees that <br /> have been removed, with the Town Planner reporting this to be a <br /> concern of some of the owners. <br /> Haring been recognized by the Chairman, Keith Moore made <br /> references to the plan identifying a major problem area for <br /> runof f, which has since been rectified. <br /> Mr. Moore them commented on the Consulting Engineer' s Memo, <br /> acknowledging that he had made a site visit with the Project <br /> Manager in attendance Mr. Moore stated he was not present) . 'He <br /> stated that each point of concern had been walked-through with <br /> the Stratford Ponds representative offering solutions to the <br /> problem areas. <br /> r. Moore reported that it appears the Consulting Engineer <br /> is in agreement with all but one of the concerns, that being <br /> in the Memo, surface drainage behind 1 -111 on Mayfair Court. <br /> The Consulting Engineer has suggested an as-built be provided to <br /> the Planning Board. He further reported that he was not in <br /> possession of the original, however he did produce a Fax copy. <br /> He pronu6 sed to provide an original to the Planning a art ent no <br /> later than Friday of this week. <br /> Mr. Moore requested further time to review said Memo- as he <br /> had just received it this date, in order to prepare a response <br /> addressing each concern to the Planning Board. <br /> ak <br /> The Chairman recognized Brad Besse, Homeowner Stratford <br /> Ponds, who expressed his concern for the relocation of the sewer <br /> pipe. He was under the impression that the Planning Board was to <br /> instruct the Applicant to make their intentions known with regard <br /> to relocating the outflow severer pipe which is located behind his <br /> property. He- also stated concern that the drawing provided on <br /> the plan is not sufficiently detailed. <br /> -3- <br />
